  1. The Thread-window
  2. -----------------

  4. The window will be opened when you click on the 'Threadî' icon.
  5. It contains 1 or more boxes, each corresponding to a message in the thread.
  6. You can move to a message by clicking on the corresponding box.
  7. If the message you are moving to isn't in the current group, you will revert
  8. to reading 'All mail in all areas'.
  9. The text in a box is a short version of the sender's name, e.g. 'T Olsson'.
  10. The current displayed message has a green background, any unread messages have
  11. their text displayed red.
  12. Boxes on the same line is a sequence of replies. Example:

  18. ...means that Mr. Clover wrote the message you are currently reading, Mr. Babb
  19. replied to it, and Mr. Blundell replied to Mr. Babb's message.

  21. There can of course be several replies to a message, written by different
  22. people. These are shown beneath each other. Example:

  31. ...means that Mr. Babb, Mr. Fiennes, and Mr. Dade all replied to Mr. Clover's
  32. message. Mr. Blundell then replied to Mr. Babb's message, and Mr. Clover
  33. replied to Mr. Dade's message.

  35. If the message you are reading is itself a reply, the original message will
  36. be showed to the left. Example:

  46. ...means that Mr. Clover's message from before is actually a reply to a
  47. message from Mr. Olsson, which in turn is a reply to a message by Mr. Voisey.
  48. There may be other replies to the messages to the left of the green one, and if
  49. you want the full tree, click on the leftmost message.
